Insurance for CHIROPRACTIC CARE

Dr. Leighton is an out-of-network provider for all health plans for chiropractic care.

Since there are numerous plan options and coverage varies widely, please call your customer service representative (contact information on the back of your insurance card) to find out if your plan covers out-of-network care with me. If this is the case, a super-bill can be created for you to submit to your insurance plan for potential direct reimbursement.
