Dr. Jessica is absolutely amazing. My little one had her tongue tie released and was having some tightness in her jaw. After seeing Dr. Jessica, not only is her jaw loosening up almost immediately (using massages and exercises she showed me) but also her gas and reflux have minimized as well! My daughter adores Dr. Jessica. She is always so calm and cool when working with her. Dr. Jessica was able to walk me through what she was doing and why and give me multiple recommendations about multiple subjects and questions I had. We’ve seen her twice already and I cannot wait to continue to go back! Also, she adjusted me. As many know, pregnancy is tough on the body. I began seeing Dr Jess when I was pregnant with my first, I saw her for chiropractic care and she helped me manage my sciatic and tailbone pain my whole pregnancy. I took my son to see her shortly after he was born and she helped me navigate his oral restrictions and breastfeeding troubles. She helped me manage my oversupply and provided remedies when I developed mastitis. I’ve spent countless hours talking with her in her office about every area of motherhood, with the most amount of patience and without judgement. She’s provided numerous references for my son, everything from a dentist, IBCLC (before she became one herself!) speech pathologist to pediatrician. If you’re wanting to become pregnant, currently pregnant or already a mom Dr Jess is without a doubt the most helpful resource you can have in your back pocket. She’s a mom’s mom, A girls girl. We love Dr. Jess! I saw her throughout my second pregnancy when I had lower back pain and shoulder pain from cosleeping with my daughter. I did chiro for my shoulders and felt so much better once I was adjusted a few times. But it’s her acupuncture that really helped! I had lower back pain from my first pregnancy, PP, and into my second pregnancy. The first time I got acupuncture done, I woke up the next morning not even thinking about my back! Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable and always has amazing ideas and resources for whatever is ailing us. Low stress when I have to bring my children with me because the entire office is very welcoming and kid friendly. The office is very clean and calming. It feels like I’m going to see a friend and I get an adjustment at the same time. I have used Dr. Leighton during two of my pregnancies and I always feel better after seeing her.
